Homes For Heroes Comes to Peoria

PEORIA- Jim Maloof reality is partnering with Homes for Heroes.
Homes for Heroes helps people by giving them discounts and rebates when they buy or sell their home. It also gets them discounts on home inspections and title closing fees.
The list of 'heroes' includes veterans, police, fire fighters educators and healthcare workers.
"Their jobs are hard. You know their jobs are difficult and their jobs are part of what makes our community work so it's important to include them," said Realtor Patti Smith.
The closest markets offering Homes for Heroes discounts were Chicago and St. Louis, now Jim Maloof Realty has three dedicated realtor in Peoria.
