Former Secretary of State Speaks at Luncheon

PEORIA--Condoleezza Rice Selected As Keynote Speaker For Luncheon

Condoleezza Rice attended the 21st annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration Luncheon as the guest speaker.

The event was held at the Peoria Civic Center Monday afternoon and the former Secretary of State gave her speech during participant's meals.

Rice spoke about the importance and impacts of Dr. King's historical life. She also touched on President Obama's second inauguration.
