Bloomington Woman Struck by Car, Killed in DeWitt County

DEWITT COUNTY - A Bloomington woman is dead after an accident in DeWitt County.
The DeWitt County Sheriff says Cathrine K. Kohl, 38, was apparently walking in the village of DeWitt Saturday night when she was struck by a car. She was pronounced dead at a hospital in Clinton.
The driver was allegedly drunk. He's been arrested for Aggravated DUI.
Police say the driver and Kohl were seen earlier in the evening at a nearby tavern.
