PEORIA- Soon, Chase Bank and PNC customers will be able to cash checks at the ATM.
That's because these two banks are rolling out ATM machines that can dispense one and five dollar bills, even coins.
Chase says banks have four denominations they can chose from, depending on what most of it's customers take out. This would be helpful for people with low account balances, or who might want to take out 25 dollars without having to withdraw 40.
CEFCU says it's been providing that service since 1988 at its round the clock Fast Track machines.
"And that could lead you into an overdraft situation. You may only have a certain amount of money in your account that may be the amount of money you want access to right now so we want to give you the ability to come in gain access to those funds at a convenient time for you," said Denise Ghere, vice president of electronic funds.

The only catch? You have to be a CEFCU member to use the machines.
