to jail time already served and put on 30 months probation. According to WGIL Radio, 18 year

to aggravated fleeing and eluding while possession of a stolen vehicle and trespass charges
were dropped as part of the plea. Those charges stem from an early morning chase last August
which began in Washington and ended in East Galesburg. A Knox County deputy also fired shots
at the fleeing vehicle.Police claim they clocked Royer going 108 mph at one point before the vehicle eexited at Knoxville. Royer eventually stopped on railroad tracks. During Wednesday's sentencing, Royer said he was sorry for what he did and asked for a second chance.
