OSF Selling St. Clare Home

OSF Healthcare System has decided to sell OSF Saint Clare Home to Petersen Health Care,
according to a release Wednesday. Petersen is locally based operating long term care
facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Missouri. All existing staff will be offered employment under
the new ownership and the ownership transfer is expected to be completed February 1st. Catholic
services will continue at the facility including regularly scheduled masses.
