IDOT Says Winter So Far Hasn't Been Too Difficult

PEORIA-- Illinois Department Of Transportation Says So Far A Successful Winter Season
So far this winter season has been pretty quiet. Only 2 major winter storms have affected Central Illinois.
IDOT is thankful as well for the slow season. Spokesman Brian Williamsen says IDOT trucks have been out in full force when inclement weather is present but for the most part they've been parked.
Williamsen also says that they have an ample amount of salt still available from last year so running out before spring time looks slim.
