PEORIA- With three major events at the Civic Center on Saturday, the event center and City Link are pushing the Park N' Ride program.
Zac Brown Band will play a concert to about 9,000 fans, the roller derby team will compete in a double header and the Angel Ball will also attract plenty of visitors downtown.
All of those people on the same day means parking could get tight. The Civic Center suggests using the city's website to look up parking spots, but it's also promoting the City Link bus service.
Park N' Ride will be available for concert fans to get to and from the Civic Center without having to search for a spot.
"They can go to the Evergreen shopping center and the Junction City shopping center, those are the two location where we will have buses that will depart those locations at 6:30 that will come downtown for the concert," said Anna Buehrer, City Link Director of Marketing.
It costs $1 per ride.
