BBQ Restaurant Opens at US Cellular Coliseum

BLOOMINGTON- The US Cellular Coliseum is serving up more than just sports and entertainment- now, patrons can get a side of barbecue.
It recently opened the "The Smokehouse."
The buffet style restaurant is available to hungry customers looking to grab quick bite during lunch.
Menu items include ribs, baked beans, and pulled pork.
This is the coliseum's first sit down restaurant.
Staff members say down-home cooking is rare in Bloomington-Normal, and it's excited to share its recipes with the public.
The Smokehouse is open 11 am till two pm Tuesday through Thursday.
