A Peoria man, charged with a 2004 homicide, was acquitted of all charges Thursday afternoon.
36 year old Robert Nunn, Senior was charged with two counts of murder and one count of possession of a weapon by a felon. Nunn was accused of killing Antonio Faulkner who was found
dead in a parked car outside his sister's house in the 800 block of South Wiswall Court. Authorities
believed a dispute over a dice game led to the homicide. The defense pointed to a lack of physical evidence and Nunn claimed all along he was not guilty of the crime. Meantime, Nunn's son, Robert
Nunn, Junior is awaiting sentencing for a different homicide.
