PEORIA COUNTY-A death from an asthma attack last year is now being ruled a homicide by a Peoria County Coroner's jury.
Peoria County Coroner Johnna Ingersoll says 30-year-old Meredith Grube died in the ER of OSF St. Francis Medical Center on October 15, 2012 after an asthma attack.
The report from the coroner shows things went awry at Grube's house in the 600 block of Walnut Street in Washington.
Authorities say Grube was fighting with her boyfriend when she had the asthma attack.
Police say 911 wasn't called immediately, keeping grube from getting the treatment she needed.
It's not yet known if any charges have been filed in the case.
