Both the prosecution and defense have wrapped up their cases, according to court officials in the
murder trial of a Peoria man, indicted in connection with a 2004 homicide. Closing arguments
are set for Thursday. 36 year old Robert Nunn, Senior is charged with two counts of murder and
one count of unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon. Nunn is accused of killing Antonio
Faulkner who was found shot to death in a car parked outside his sister's home in the 800
hundred block of South Wiswall Court. Authorities believe a dispute over a dice game led to
the homicide. Meantime, Nunn's son, Robert Junior is also in jail awaiting sentencing for a
different homicide.
