Peoria CityLink Marks Another Record Year

The Greater Peoria Mass Transit District (CityLink) reported another record year in passenger
ridership. Ridership in the calendar year 2012 was 3,454,745, an 8.62 percent increase
over the previous year. Over the past 18 months, the GPMTD has been upgrading its fleet
with the addition of 46, low floor, 35 foot buses. CityLink provides fixed bus service to the
communities of Peoria, West Peoria, Peoria Heights, East Peoria, Pekin and Bartonville.
