Twin City Home Sales See Big Jump

Home sales in Bloomington Normal last year saw the biggest jump since 2008, according to news
partner WJBC Radio. 2012 was another improved year for local home sales. The number of units
sold rose 20 percent from 2011. The average home price in 2012 stood at $169,714, up 1.3 percent
from the previous year.
