NORMAL- After years of renting movies and games to area customers, Blockbuster Video is closing its doors.
The business located on East College Avenge began liquidating its inventory this week.
It has also stopped renting items, making it more of a retail store, than a place to borrow.
The store is expected to shut down next month, leaving nearly 10 employees looking for a new job.
Reasons for the closure have not been determined.
