Former Mossville Teacher Pleads NOT GUILTY

A former Mossville teacher, accused of having sexual contact with a teenager last year, pleaded NOT GUILTY Thursday. 22 year old Kayla Trueblood is facing two counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse. Trueblood was a part time gifted education teacher. The alleged victim is a 16 year old student at Illinois Valley Central High School. Trueblood, who remains free on bond, will be back in court for a scheduling conference February 8th and trial is tentatively set for February 19th.
