BLOOMINGTON - A fast food restaurant in Bloomington is open again after a Salmonella scare, but the case isn't completely closed yet.
The
McDonald's on South Main Street closed Thanksgiving Day. There were concerns
once people started getting sick.
The McLean
County Health Department launched an investigation. It looked into not only
this McDonald's but also several other central Illinois restaurants.
The Health
Department said 12 Salmonella cases are confirmed. It's not saying how many
stem from McDonald's.
The
investigation is ongoing.
