Salmonella Investigation Closes Bloomington McDonald's

BLOOMINGTON - The McDonald's on south Main Street in Bloomington is
closed pending an investigation into a possible salmonella outbreak.
The McLean County Health Department and the Illinois Department of
Public Health are looking into the case. The suspected link doesn't
seem to be food, suggesting it could be spread by humans. The
McDonald's owner isn't sure when the restaurant will reopen. It's been
closed since Thanksgiving. WMBD 31 will have more on this story later
