Six People Indicted for Bloomington Shooting

BLOOMINGTON- Six people, rounded up in connection with a shooting in
Bloomington were indicted Wednesday by the McLean County grand jury. 25
year old Deandre Daniels and 18 year old Jake Williams are each charged
with attempted murder, among other charges. 20 year old Antoine Smith
and 23 year old Kenneth King are charged with aggravated battery with a
firearm and mob action while 20 year old Raymond Davis is charged with
aggravated battery and possession of a firearm by a street gang member.
22 year old Qunshawn Gardner is charged with armed violence, aggravated
battery with a firearm and possession of a firearm by a street gang
member. Gardner is due in court November 30th while the others are in
court December 14th. The indictments are the result of a November 5th
incident in which two people were shot and another beaten in the 1200
block of Orchard Road.
