Red Cross Reminds You to Designate a Driver

PEORIA - The American Red Cross is reminding people to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday responsibly.
The organization is kicking off its "Designate a Driver" program Wednesday night.
Representatives from the Red Cross will be out at various establishments throughout the Peoria area handing out special cups for designated drivers so they can enjoy free non-alcoholic beverages.
Participating locations include BG Karaoke in Bartonville, Crusens on Farmington Road, Goodfellas Pub & Pizza, Jac's Doghouse, Yesterday's, and Kouri's in Pekin, Kelleher's & Sully's Pub in downtown Peoria, and Red Rock Bar & Grill in Morton.
