Probable Cause Found in Fatal Accident Case

A Knox County judge Monday found probable cause during a preliminary hearing of a Galesburg driver, whose accused of striking and killing a Knox County College student. 33 year old Lakeesha Smith is facing four felony charges for the accident last month which killed Tundun Lawani who was struck down while crossing South Street between West and Cedar Streets. Court officials say Smith is back in court November 28th.
