Peorian Pleads NOT GUILTY in Armed Robbery

PEORIA- A Peoria man, whose 2008 murder conviction was overturned on
appeal, and was indicted this week on new charges, pleaded NOT GUILTY
Thursday. 40 year old Allen Brown is facing armed robbery, aggravated
robbery and unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon charges. Brown is
accused of robbing the Super Pantry on Northeast Adams last month.
He'll be back in court January 11th.
