A Lexington farm will no longer be booked for Illinois State University events serving alcohol.
The decision to ban Pleasantview Farm from its list of approved party sites comes after an ISU student fell in a fire there this September.
Further investigation revealed the former sorority member's blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit of .08.
Additionally the McLean County State's Attorney's office says the liquor store serving beer at the party did not have a temporary liquor license which is needed to serve alcohol at events outside the twin cities.
ISU says student safety is a concern at the site.
