It was a special night for one organization in the Twin Cities. Tonight was the annual "Martini's For Marcfirst" event. Companies were given martini glasses and then put their artistic skills to the test. The decorated glasses were auctioned off with the proceeds going to Marcfirst, which helps people with developmental disabilities. Some glasses had animal print, others resembled gem stones, and one even looked like a Christmas tree.
Marcfirst CEO Rick Glass says "Try to raise as much as possible. Every penny goes to support people with developmental disabilities here in Mclean County, about four hundred kids and two hundred adults."
