Lexington Man Sentenced

BLOOMINGTON- A Lexington man, who pleaded guilty to an amended charge
after being charged with manufacture/delivery during an investigation
into illegal sale of K2 spice, was sentenced Thursday to 30 months
probation. 46 year old Dinesh Patel was arrested last June and police
say they seized 9500 dollars in cash along with an estimated 8700
dollars of a substance known as spice
