Slight Decline in Jobless Claims-No Robust Rate of Growth

While ADP National Employment Report indicated Thursday, 158,000 may have been created in October in the private sector, that figure still doesn't represent what analysts call a robust rate of growth. The economy has to add at least 125,000 jobs each month just to keep up with the population growth. Meantime, there was only a slight decrease in jobless claims last week down to 363,000. Investors on Wall Street are awaiting Friday's latest jobs report and whether the unemployment may spike up again just days before the election.
