16 Year Old Pleads Guilty to Harrassment Charge

A 16 year old Peoria juvenile, one of two teens charged with harrassing witnesses in connection with a local murder case, pleaded guilty Tuesday after the judge denied a request by prosecutors to transfer the case to adult court. The teen will be sentenced November 13th. Meanwhile,a 15 year old juvenile, who has also pleaded guilty to harrassing a witness in this same case, will be sentenced November 30th. Three other teens were charged with murder but their cases will be heard in adult court. The trio was charged with a double shooting which left Michael Robinson dead. Robinson spent almost 30 years in prison for murdering a Bradley University professor in 1977.
