Proctor Hospital Opens New Behavioral Center

PEORIA--Proctor Hospital cuts ribbon to open new Center for Senior Behavioral Health.

Officials say the center is one of a kind to Peoria. The center will be fully staffed with behavioral doctors that specialize in both emotional and physical needs.

The center will be open tomorrow morning and will begin taking patients.
