Peorian Sentenced for Credit Union Robbery

A Peoria man, who pleaded guilty to robbing the Member's Choice Credit Union on St. Mark's court in Peoria last May, was sentenced Thursday to 7 and a half years in prison, according to court officials. 39 year old Michael D. Dawson switched his plea just as his trial was set to begin last month. He was accused of the armed holdup last May 3rd.
