Peorian Sentenced for Two Year old Robbery

A Peoria man, one of three charged with a 2010 armed robbery of Flat Top Grill was sentenced to 35 years in prison for armed robbery and a concurrent 14 years for burglary, according to prosecutor Seth Uphoff. Daniel Moore was one of three men charged with the holdup in the summer of 2010. Two other men are already serving time for their part in the crime.
