Motorcycle Accident Kills Dunlap Man

PEORIA- A Dunlap man was killed Thursday morning around 12:20 after his motorcycle drove off the road.
Thirty-nine-year-old Kurt Ringenberg was pronounced dead at the scene. His motorcycle was the only vehicle involved in the crash, which happened at the intersection of North University Street and West Townline Road.
Ringenberg was not wearing a helmet. An autopsy Thursday afternoon indicates Ringenberg died of head and chest injuries, according to Peoria County Coroner Johnna Ingersoll.
