CHILLICOTHE- The marching band at Illinois Valley Central High School has been practicing hard, getting ready for the biggest audience it's ever played for.
These musicians are leaving Friday to play at the the Rams vs. Packers game in St. Louis. They'll perform the star spangled banner in front of about 65,000 people.
These drum majors said after all of the extra practices they're ready for the challenge.
"It definitely will be the largest audience we've ever had and that's a little nerve-racking," said Michael German.
"I'm a little nervous because this is not really like anything we've ever done before, but I'm just really excited to get the opportunity to perform," said Rachel Hale.
"I think we're ready. I'm pumped for it! I'm ready!" said Kaitlyn Farris.
The game is Sunday at noon. Morton high school will also be performing. You can catch it on Fox 43.
