NFIB Endorses Rodney Davis in 13th District Race

The National Federation of Independent Business endorsed Rodney Davis, the Republican candidate for the newly drawn 13th congressional district. Davis is facing Democrat David Gill for the seat vacated by Republican Congressman Tim Johnson. Citing high unemployment and a need to improve the business climate in Illinois, the NFIB threw its support behind Davis. Newly released polling data in that closely watched race indicates Davis ahead 44 to 42.
