Pumpkin Cheese Ball
The fall season is upon us and pumpkin eating is at its peak!
Try this delicious pumpkin cheese ball at your fall festivities.
Ingredients
2 (8 ounce) packages reduced fat cream cheese, softened
1-1/4 cup canned 100% pure pumpkin
1 cup crushed pineapple (well-drained)
1 - 2 ounce packages thinly sliced lean Buddig ham, chopped
cup green onion, chopped
1 cup walnuts or pecans, ground
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients, mixing until well blended.
2. Shape into ball and coat with nuts.
3. Chill until firm. Serve with reduced fat crackers.
Serves 16
