PEORIA- Holy Family School got into the holiday spirit on Saturday.
The school hosted it's first holiday fair. Vendors showed off their jewelry, crafts and other items. Kim Brown was a vendor from Curves and she said she thinks Halloween is a good kick-off to the holiday season.
She said that apart from supporting local businesses, the fair is one way for the community to come together and pick out presents early.
"There's also holiday stuff, but its a way to beat the hustle and bustle before it starts getting crazy," Brown said.
Holy Family School said it hopes the holiday fair becomes an annual event.
