Partial Road Closure

Allen Road northbound at Willow Knolls in Peoria will be CLOSED starting Tuesday, October 16th for road repairs. This closure is anticipated to last about three weeks. Detour traffic should follow the signs to University. All businesses located north of Willow Knolls on Allen Road will remain open during the closure. Meantime, Adams Street at Liberty Street in Peoria will be CLOSING around 7am Saturday, October 13th for a crane to place equipment on the roof of the Ameren building. The work is anticipated to take most of the day and all lanes on Adams Street should be open around 3pm. Traffic will be able to turn both left and right on Liberty with one lane of traffic remaining open on Adams Street for local and emergency traffic.
