Ameren Announces Quarterly Dividend

Ameren's Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per share Friday, payable December 31 to shareholders of record on December 12th. In addition, Ameren Illinois declared regular quarterly dividends on all classes of preferred stock. These preferred stock dividends are payable February 1, 2013.
