Washington Moving Closer To Finding New City Administrator

WASHINGTON -- Washington is in the final stages of finding its new city administrator.
Mayor Gary Manier confirms the city is in negotiations with candidate Tim Gleason.
Gleason is currently the head of the Human Resources and Management Operations for the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Development.
He was one of 57 who applied for the position.
The Mayor said the city council has approved of Gleason and its in the process of working out a contract.
