Peoria Mom Sentenced for Murdering Baby

A Peoria mom could spend up to 60 years in prison after a judge Monday found her guilty of murdering her baby two years ago. Astria Pollard was convicted of murder and involuntary manslaughter in connection with the death of two month old Javier. Authorities claim Pollard turned off the baby's apnea monitor and starved the infant. Pollard will be sentenced in November.
