Three Peoria Teens Charged with Murder

Three Peoria teens, charged in connection with the city's latest homicide, were in court Monday. Public defenders were appointed for 15 year olds Charles Smith and Dionte Wells and 16 year old Marquis Flora are all charged as adults with murder while 18 year old Sharome Krus is charged with obstructing justice. They were arrested for the double shooting which left a convicted murderer, Michael Robinson dead and Perry Mollohan wounded. Robinson spent almost 30 years in prison for the 1977 murder of a Bradley University professor. Bond for Smith and Flora is one million dollars while Wells bond was set at three quarter million dollars.
