Cuba Teen Sentenced For Criminal Trespass

A Cuba teenager, who had been featured in the Peoria Journal Star because she graduated from both high school and Spoon River College, was sentenced Monday. According to court officials, Tiffany Deakin pleaded guilty to trespass while damage to property and possession of liquor by a minor charges were dismissed as part of the plea agreement. Deakin received one year court supervision and was fined and ordered to make restitution. In all 9 people were arrested for the break in at Cuba High School.
