Most cemeteries are considered "ghostly places," but a group of local actors are trading the haunts for history.
The annual Evergreen Cemetery Discovery Walk kicks off this weekend.
The show sheds light on the city's former leaders, like Jesse Fell and David Davis.
Organizer Candace Summers say the event is an educational way to remember the past.
"It's people from all walks of life and we're sharing their stories and all the unique things that went on that shaped not only local history but shaped state, national and international history," said Summers.
The cemetery walk starts tomorrow and runs this weekend and next.
