BEASON--Shocking new details are emerging in a 2009 Logan County murder case which left a family brutally massacred.
The defense attorney for suspected murder Chris Harris says Ruth Gee's teenage son killed her, his stepfather, and two siblings.
The defense alleges Harris stopped by the gee home to buy marijuana, and found 14 year old Dillen Constant in the midst of a killing spree.
He says Harris murdered Constant in self defense.
The attorney is requesting medical and mental health records for Constant, to support his theory.
A hearing on the issue is set for October 16th.
