New Plans for Two Empty N. University Buildings

PEORIA- Two empty buildings on North University in Peoria are coming back to life.
What used to be Dynasty is going to be another Chinese restaurant under a new owner. The new owner said they are in the middle of renovating, he's hoping the restaurant will be open in a few months.
The building next to Walgreens and Ming Shee used to be a Mexican restaurant, but the new business won't be serving food. The building was recently leased to a new owner who said there are plans to turn the space into a dentists office at the beginning of next year.
