Businesses In Morton Help Add More Jobs

MORTON--A local business is expanding in Morton and creating more jobs...
Nelson Global Products, the parent company of Morton industries and BSI, will expand its facilities in Morton.The company will purchase its current warehouse on Detroit Avenue and acquire farmland nearby.
The company will rebuild BSI which has been operating in a temporary Mapleton location since its Morton facility was destroyed by fire.
The project is expected to create 40 new full-time jobs and over 100-thousand dollars in additional property tax revenue.
