Washington Looking To Name New City Manager Soon

Washington--The city of Washington is getting closer to naming the new city manager.
They city has been accepting applications for about a month. Officials say more than fifty people applied for the position and the city has narrowed it down to six. Mayor Gary Manier says he's ready for the change. He says once the new manager starts, new development can begin in Washington.
The city says they will make a final decision by the end of the month.
