CAT Receives Top Honor in Nation's Capitol

PEORIA- Caterpillar received a top honor in the nation's capitol Thursday.
CAT was awarded the 2012 Secretary of Defense Employer Support Freedom Award in Washington D.C.. The award is the nation's highest honor for employer support of Guard and Reserve employees. CAT representatives were honored along with 14 other companies at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington.
Earlier today, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Martin Dempsey, also gave his thanks to the company.
