There's closure Thursday night for a Peoria family whose son was reported missing over 30 years ago. Cook County detectives, while seeking to identify the victims of serial killer John Wayne Gacy, have solved the case of Daniel Noe of Peoria. The 21 year old apparently died on a mountainside in Utah in 1978 and was not a victim of foul play, according to Sheriff Tom Dart during a Thursday news conference. Dart says DNA research revealed remains found by hikers in 2010 were those of Noe.
