PEORIA- Drive down some of Peoria's roads and you might be in for a bumpy ride.
The Peoria City Council is looking for the $850,000 it needs to re-start a road improvement program. City manager Patrick Urich said he suggested the possibility of a two cent per gallon increase in the city's motor fuel tax.
Urich said it would ultimately be up to City Council to vote on, and is not something that would go into effect in 2013, maybe not even until after 2014.
