BLOOMINGTON--The death of a homeless man killed by a semi-truck this summer has been ruled a homicide.
The McLean County Coroner released the findings Tuesday.
Forty-five year old Robert Crum died in July from multiple injuries after being run over by a semi.
Crum had been sleeping near a guard rail during the early morning hours when it happened.
Police say it's possible the driver didn't see Crum, or feel the impact.
They believe the homicide is accidental and are not looking for suspects.
